The author questions the way that the current Mexican government had driven the fiscal and monetary policy, because he consider that they had deepen the fragility of the economy, the dependence respect of international capital behavior, and the entire infrastructure built to favor it. He considers that such measures hinder any attempt to change the course in order to promote sovereign economic growth in order to boost the underutilized productive apparatus, employment and the improvement of the population's living conditions, as well as Mexico's commercial position in the world.
